We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

About the property STUNNING DETACHED HOLIDAY HOUSE NESTLING IN 800 ACRES OF DORSET FARMLAND Stylishly restored in 2016 this barn conversion which is situated down a quiet lane in a rural setting boasts far reaching countryside views from the accommodation and garden courtyard. Dorset s beautiful landscape of rolling hills and oak lined fields affords wonderful walking there are a network of footpaths directly from the property. The area offers a wealth of pretty villages sandy beaches and a coastline which has world heritage status. The towns of Dorchester Sherborne and Yeovil are easily accessible. There are many National Trust properties to visit and also the popular seaside towns of Weymouth with its sandy beach and the harbour town of West Bay. In addition to this there are many attractions including Monkey World Abbotsbury Swannery gastro pubs and restaurants. The accommodation is set on one level and offers TWO bedrooms: both with smart TV 1 super-king-size with en-suite bathroom with shower over bath and WC and 1 super-king-size zip-and-link (which can be made into a twin on request at time of booking) with en-suite wet room with shower and WC. Lounge/kitchen/diner: open-plan with smart TV DVD and iPod dock. Kitchen area with electric oven and hob microwave large fridge/freezer dishwasher and washing machine. Outside: large enclosed gravelled garden with south facing patio seating BBQ and shed for storing bikes surf boards etc. Amenities: ample off-road parking. Bed linen towels electric underfloor heating and Wi-Fi included. Regret no smoking. 1 dog welcome further small dog by arrangement. Additional info: ramp to the front door. The super-king-size zip-and-link bedroom will be made up as a double unless a twin is requested at time of booking. Secure storage available for bikes. Outside tap for muddy boots and paws. Location: beach 15 miles shops and pubs 2 miles.
