We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

About the property DELIGHTFUL BUNGALOW NESTLED IN A QUIET SPOT CLOSE TO ANDERBY BEACH Located down a private lane this detached single storey property boasts its own private access path to the nearby beach. It is a perfect family retreat to explore the Lincolnshire coastline and countryside Wolds. Anderby Creek is an unspoilt rural hamlet located on the coast. Away from all the hustle and bustle of the traditional seaside towns the unspoilt location is perfect for those wanting to relax and explore. Anderby Beach is an attractive sandy beach set between Skegness and Mablethorpe. If you are keen on nature and wildlife why not visit Natureland Seal Sanctuary or Gibraltar Point National Nature Reserve. Head along to Skegness Pier and enjoy the traditional family amusements. For the active folk there is an abundance of walks and cycle routes waiting to be enjoyed and for the keen golfer Sandilands Golf Course is nearby. The accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: 1 double and 1 twin. Shower room: with shower and WC. Lounge: with TV/DVD. Kitchen/diner: with electric oven and hob microwave fridge and dishwasher. Outside: patio and large grassed area with private access to the beach. Amenities: off-road parking. Bed linen towels electric central heating and Wi-Fi included. Regret no smoking. 2 dogs welcome. Additional info: regret no washing machine but laundrette within walking distance. Location: beach shop and pub within walking distance.
