We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

About the property SNUG LITTLE HOUSE WITH A GREAT LOCATION IN THE HEART OF SKIPTON Located on an elevated side street just a stone s throw from the High Street this pretty little property enjoys a great central location. Skipton is one of the most beautiful towns in North Yorkshire situated at the gateway to the Yorkshire Dales National Park. Situated in the charming market town of Skipton just south of the Yorkshire Dales you can t fail to be impressed by the historical treasures this picturesque market town has to offer with its colourful orchestra of quaint streets ancient woodland and famous waterways. The property is within 10 minutes walking distance from the town s famous 900 year old castle. The Embsay and Bolton Abbey steam railway and Bolton Abbey itself are close by. Fly fishing is available locally and the Pennine boats trips are a popular way to see Yorkshire on the Leeds-Liverpool canal. If you want to go a little further afield there are many places of interest within about a 35 minute drive: north into the Yorkshire Dales brings you to the spectacular Malham Cove going south you ll find Haworth and Bronte country and east the beautiful and rugged Nidderdale Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: 1 double and 1 king-size with TV (which can be made into a twin on request). Bathroom: with shower over bath and WC. Lounge: with gas fire TV and DVD. Kitchen/diner: with electric oven and gas hob microwave fridge with ice compartment and washing machine. Outside: traditional walled courtyard garden. Amenities: roadside parking available for one car. Bed linen towels electric and central heating included. Regret no smoking. 1 well-behaved dog welcome (to be kept downstairs).
