We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

Situated in the tiny hamlet of Bentwitchen it offers peace and tranquillity. The North Devon coast boasts some of the best beaches in the country with Croyde Saunton Woolacombe and Westward Ho! All within a 45 minutes drive. Providing the perfect base for couples and families seeking a countryside getaway yet conveniently located for all North Devon has to offer. A bridal way next to the property is a fantastic opportunity for walkers and cyclists to explore the countryside. For the garden lovers a day at Marwood and RHS Rosemoor is a must. Or a visit to the market town of South Molton 6 miles. Leisure facilities: Games room The accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: 1 double with TV and 1 bunk bedroom. Bathroom: with shower over bath and WC. Lounge: with TV and DVD. Kitchen/diner: with electric cooker and gas hob microwave dishwasher washing machine tumble drier and fridge/freezer. Outside: garden area with furniture and BBQ. Amenities: ample off-road parking. Bed linen towels electric central heating and Wi-Fi included. 2 dogs welcome. Regret no smoking. Location: pub and shop 1.5 miles. Arrival: 4pm.
