We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

An ideal location from where to explore Suffolk both coast and country. Situated in the heart of the Suffolk countryside the property is perfect for those looking for a peaceful holiday with miles of country lanes to walk or cycle down. The village of Mendlesham is 2 miles away with shop bakery and fish and chip shop. Further afield lies the Suffolk coast with the beautiful coastal towns of Southwold home of the famous brewery and pier. Aldeburgh with the nearby Snape Maltings and Walberswick great for a spot of crabbing. Other attractions include Banham Zoo Jimmy s Farm Helmingham Hall Africa Alive Framlingham Castle Museum of East Anglian Life and Sutton Hoo. Bury St Edmunds Framlingham and Stowmarket have good shops and places to eat. The accommodation offers TWO bedrooms on first floor accessed via traditional steep and narrow cottage style stairs: 1 king-size with TV accessed via 2nd bedroom with king-size zip-and-link (which can be made as a twin (2ft 6 beds) on request). Bathroom: with shower over bath and WC on ground floor. Lounge: with woodburner (1st basket of logs included) TV/DVD stereo and docking station. Kitchen/diner: with TV electric oven and hob dishwasher and microwave. Utility room: with fridge/freezer and washing machine. Outside: enclosed garden with patio garden furniture and BBQ.
