We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

About the property THATCHED CHOCOLATE BOX COTTAGE IN PEACEFUL VILLAGE LOCATION This pretty detached property is an idyllic holiday home set in the village of Bradford-on-Tone midway between Taunton and Wellington. Taunton cricket ground and its racecourse is nearby and hosts many events. Both the north and south coasts are about an hour s drive. The seaside towns such as Porlock and Minehead are to the north and Exmouth and Seaton to the south. Also within easy reach are the beautiful areas of Exmoor. The village itself has a pub and small shop run by the local community. The Quantock and Blackdown Hills both Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty are close by with excellent walking cycling and horse riding. Nearby you can visit one of the many National Trust properties and gardens The West Somerset Steam Railway horse racing at Taunton Racecourse or relax and watch Somerset play cricket at their county ground. The accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: 1 double with TV and en-suite WC and 1 twin zip-and-link (which can be made into a super-king-size on request). Bathroom: with bath shower and WC on the ground floor. Lounge/diner: with woodburner effect electric fire and 3D TV with glasses and DVD. Kitchen: with electric oven and gas hob microwave fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Utility room: with washing machine and tumble dryer. Outside: rear garden accessed via a gate within the car port with raised lawn patio and garden furniture. Amenities: parking for 2 cars. Bed linen towels electric central and electric heating and Wi-Fi included. Regret no smoking. 2 dogs welcome - no dog charge. Location: beach 20 miles pub and shop within walking distance.
