If you are thinking of taking a puppy this MUST be declared to holidaycottages.co.uk at the time of booking and will need to be specifically authorised by the owner.

Sometimes it will state 'by arrangement', if so, the breed or size of dog will need to be checked with the owner of the property.

We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

With an easy walk downhill to Porthtowan beach and many more popular Cornish beaches a short drive away the property is a perfect getaway for families and friends alike. Located in a small coastal village which boasts a wonderful sandy beach renowned as being a UK hot spot for surfing with lessons and boards available at Porthtowan Surf School. With plenty of rock pools to discover and explore for the little ones look out for the occasional dolphin seal and basking shark. In an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and easy access to the south west coastal path cinema bakery and play park. A great location for exploring everything Cornwall has to offer with The Eden Project Land s End Padstow St. Ives and the Tate Gallery St. Agnes Newquay and a variety of National Trust properties slightly further afield. The accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: 1 double with TV and en-suite shower and WC and 1 twin. Bathroom: with shower over bath and WC. Lounge/kitchen/diner: with flat-screen TV DVD Nintendo Wii console and patio doors to the enclosed rear patio. Kitchen: with gas hob electric oven microwave fridge/freezer dishwasher and washing machine. Outside: enclosed patio area. Private off-road parking for 1 car plus visitor parking. Bed linen towels electric central heating and Wi-Fi included. Regret no smoking. 2 dogs welcome. Location: beach restaurant and village shop all within easy walking distance.
