We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

About the property COMFORTABLE COTTAGE CLOSE TO CARDIGANSHIRE S HERITAGE COAST This delightful property is conveniently located in the small village of Ciliau Aeron in the pretty Aeron Valley some 3.5 miles from the picturesque Georgian Harbour Town of Aberaeron Cardiganshire West Wales. The village has an organic farm shop and an 18th century walled garden run by the Ty Glyn Davis Trust and the gardens are open to the public from dawn to dusk every day of the week without charge. There are an abundance of footpaths in the immediate area making it perfect for walkers. Sailing and water sport enthusiasts can enjoy the many beaches and welcoming harbours nearby.
