We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

With stunning views of St. Ives Bay and Penzance in the distance this is in an ideal location for exploring the whole of Cornwall. St. Ives Truro Penzance Lands End and The Lizard are all within an hour s drive. Trevarno Gardnes The Eden Project Heligan Gardens and many National Trust properties are all within easy reach. Godrevy the nearest beach is long and sandy with lots of rock pools near the lighthouse. In the evenings enjoy a BBQ or visit one of the many local family pubs all serving good food. Outside: access to a large grassed area. Shared utility room: with washing machines. Amenities: ample parking. Bed linen electric and Wi-Fi included. Towels for hire.
