We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

About the property CLOSE TO THE BEACH AND VILLAGE CENTRE DOGS STAY FOR FREE IN MARCH 2017 A charming mid-terrace cottage positioned at the end of a short lane situated in the small coastal resort of Combe Martin you will be a 15 minutes stroll to the village s own harbour and sheltered sandy bay that offers spectacular views across the bay to the dramatic headlands and beyond and at low tide the large expanses of golden sands. The village also boasts a highly recommended 17th century inn Post Office bakery and a few small grocery shops. From here the South West Coast Path offers walks with breathtaking views to Baggy Point or Lynton and Lynmouth which are well worth a visit forming part of Exmoor National Park that is a short drive. Other family attractions in the area include Watermouth Castle The Wildlife and Dinosaur Park Exmoor Zoo and The North Devon Farm Park. The accommodation has a private footpath to the front with a low stone wall and running stream and offers THREE bedrooms: 1 double with adjacent WC 1 twin and 1 single all located on the first floor. Bathroom: on the ground floor with electric shower over bath and WC. Lounge: with original exposed beams feature fireplace with woodburner effect gas fire TV SkyTV (free channels) and DVD with a selection of DVDs. Kitchen/diner: with gas cooker microwave fridge/freezer washing machine and tumble dryer. Small sun lounge off the kitchen. Outside: pretty enclosed garden (ideal for dogs) with seating.
