We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

About the property DETACHED PROPERTY SURROUNDED BY A SMALLHOLDING COUNTRYSIDE AND DISTANT SEA VIEWS A delightful detached modern conversion of an old barn situated in an enclosed garden and located down a peaceful country lane opposite the owners home where they grow vegetables and have a few animals. A distant view of the sea and to the St. Agnes Beacon can be seen from upstairs. The seaside villages of Porthtowan Portreath and St.Agnes are a short drive away with sandy beaches and superb coastal walks with numerous places to eat and drink. For those wishing to travel further still Perranporth Lands End The Eden Project St.Ives Falmouth and Truro are a few of the tourist attractions within an easy drive. Farm activities: meet and feed the pigs chickens and ducks The cottage is spacious nicely furnished and full of country appeal and offers THREE bedrooms: on the first floor with far reaching sea views 1 double with built in wardrobe. 2 twin rooms with wardrobe space. Bathroom: bath with shower over and WC. Lounge: with exposed beams woodburner effect electric fire books board games hi-fi and digital TV/DVD. Kitchen/diner: with farmhouse table electric range cooker microwave fridge/freezer dishwasher and washing machine. Outside: fully enclosed rear level lawn area with garden furniture and BBQ.
