We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

About the property 1 OF 5 PROPERTIES SET ON A 140 ACRE DAIRY FARM WITH GAMES BARN AND LOVELY FOOTPATHS Situated in a peaceful central position these 4 converted barns are located on a pedigree 140 acre dairy farm in the heart of the Cornish countryside. Being in this excellent location you will find a pub and shop just 2 miles away. A collection of excellent beaches are a short while away including Porthleven (8 miles) Gwithian and St Ives (8-10 miles). Many attractions that are well worth a visit and very close by include The National Seal Sanctuary Flambards and The Paradise Park Wildlife Sanctuary. Each of the properties are named after one of the family s pedigree herds. Farm activities: guests can watch the milking in the parlour by arrangement with the owners you will also be able to watch the tractors in action. Games/play facilities: games barn with pool table and table tennis and shared lawn area with a trampoline slide and swings. Outside: shared lawn adjacent to the games barn. Guests are also welcome to enjoy the footpaths that run from the farm up to the beacon with breathtaking views. Shared utility room: situated adjacent to the barns housing a washing machine and tumble dryer. Amenities: ample parking. Bed linen electric and central heating included. Towels for hire.
