We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

The sheltered position on the hillside enjoys lovely sea views in a peaceful setting with nearby tennis courts and recreational ground which provides entertainment for all ages. Many circular walks lead from the farm through the beautiful countryside and to the coast path which enjoys spectacular views and will lead you to sandy coves beaches and the fishing village of Charlestown with its harbour home to traditional tall ships and Shipwreck museum. Conveniently located less than 1 mile from the centre of Mevagissey you will have easy access to a range of pubs shops and narrow streets winding down to the historic harbour. There are many attractions in the area to suit all tastes including The Eden Project The Lost Gardens of Heligan Lanhydrock House Restormel Castle and the unspoilt fishing villages of Fowey Looe and Polperro to name a few. Some of the many leisure facilities in the area include boat trips from the harbour water skiing windsurfing golf at the championship 6500 yard course at Carlyon Bay health spas and fishing amongst others.
