We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

It is an ideal base for a relaxing or active holiday for all ages. The property adjoins stables where you are free to look around and watch the horses in the surrounding fields or enjoy a drink in the friendly coffee shop on site. This is a wonderful base for exploring the beautiful East Neuk with its beaches and quaint fishing villages. Aberdour Silver Sands Beach is a Blue Flag Awarded sandy beach 13 miles away with lifeguard covered swimming conditions in high season a great play area and even a seasonal bouncy castle! There are plenty golf courses to choose from in the area and St Andrews is approx. 25 miles away. Edinburgh is under an hour away by car or why not use the direct train service from Kirkcaldy. Trossachs and Stirling are also nearby. Cluny Clays is under 2 miles away and offers clay pigeon shooting a driving range and many other outdoor activities. While Glenrothes and the Fife Retail Park are just 3 miles away and are ideal for some retail therapy. The accommodation offers THREE bedrooms: On the first floor 1 double and 2 twin bedrooms.
