We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

About the property RENOVATED FORMER FARMHOUSE SET IN 150 ACRE FARMLAND This refurbished and well-equipped detached former farmhouse is located on 150 acre farmland with cattle and surrounding woodlands. Ideally situated for exploring the whole of Cornwall with beaches and sheltered coves to the north and south. The spacious property is set 100 metres off the main road along a private drive shared with the owners and is within easy reach of many attractions to suit all tastes which include The Eden Project Tamar Otter Park and Wildwood and Launceston Steam Railway. Closer to home is the Trethorne Leisure Park and Golf Club (2 miles) and the Camel Trail which is within easy reach from the property. In the evenings visit the centre of Launceston with its shops pubs and restaurants or enjoy walking the farmland.
