We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

Bathroom: Jack and Jill style accessed via the master double and the hallway. Comprising of bath separate shower with feature rainfall shower head and WC. Separate WC on the ground floor. Kitchen: with underfloor heating and integrated appliances including electric oven and hob fridge microwave washing/drying machine and useful breakfast bar area. Regret no dishwasher or freezer. Lounge/diner: lovely cosy room with feature exposed beams TV with CD/RADIO inglenook fireplace with woodburner (first basket of logs included further can be purchased easily on-site) and French doors to outside. Outside: private enclosed patio area with garden furniture BBQ available by arrangement with the owner. Amenities: private off-road parking for 2 cars further by arrangement.
