We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

Croyde Saunton and Woolacombe beaches are famous for their golden sand and surf and there are also villages and towns such as Lynmouth and Ilfracombe with their harbours and fishing trips. Other attractions well worth a visit include National Trust Arlington Court Marwood Gardens Watermouth Castle and The Valley of the Rocks to name a few. Walkers will enjoy strolling the countryside around the property and there is also Exmoor which is very accessible and famed for its beauty and wildlife. The regional town of Barnstaple has a range of leisure facilities including swimming pool tennis theatre and cinema. There are pubs which serve food with the nearest in the next village approximately 2 miles. Relax in the enclosed garden or enjoy a glass of wine on the terrace and take in the lovely views and breathtaking sunsets.
