We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

About the property RECENTLY REFURBISHED DETACHED BARN SET WITHIN ITS OWN GROUNDS The property has stunning and far-reaching countryside views and is a perfect location for a peaceful and relaxing holiday on the edge of the owners 400 acre beef and sheep farm next to The Black Mountains on the edge of the Brecon Beacons National Park. The owners also breed Section A Welsh Mountain Ponies. The area is famed for its relaxed pace and wonderful walks in every direction which culminates with the Crickhowell Walking Festival in March. Excellent for cycling mountain biking horse riding sailing fishing caving and more all available locally. Attractions include the National Park Craig-y-Nos Country Park The Brecon Mountain Railway South Wales Borders Museum and The National Show Caves of Wales. Other events are The Hay Festival of Literature and The Brecon Jazz Festival. Visit one of many historic houses gardens and castle with Tretower Court and Castle less than 3 miles away. Relax on site and enjoy the views or take the 15 minute stroll to the family pub which offers a fine range of food. Stabling available. The accommodation has been furnished and equipped to a high standard and offers THREE bedrooms: 1 double and 1 twin upstairs and 1 zip and link bedroom downstairs made as a twin although can be zipped together to make a king-size double on request . Bathroom: bath with shower over and WC. Shower room: downstairs with WC. Lounge: with TV DVD and woodburner. Kitchen/diner : with range cooker fridge and dishwasher.
