We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

About the property DETATCHED BUNGALOW PERFECTLY LOCATED BETWEEN TWO PICTURESQUE COASTLINES The bungalow offers a perfect family getaway. In a slightly elevated position accessed via a ramp from the parking area it enjoys countryside views to the front and is ideally located for touring beautiful Cornwall and Devon. The area is popular with walkers with the rugged Bodmin Moor being within a few miles and the sandy beaches of South Cornwall a short drive away. The regional city of Plymouth is also close by with its Hoe Barbican National Marine Aquarium St Mellion International Golf Course and other attractions including Flambards Theme Park The Eden Project and more. The north and south coasts are easily accessible with Polperro and Looe an easy drive and for the little ones the Tamar Valley Donkey Park and indoor play area is great on wet weather days.
