We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

Also close by is the historic naval town of Dartmouth bohemian town of Totnes and the sailing centre of Salcombe. Enjoy some lovely countryside walks directly from the property or venture further a field and explore the many villages and varied beaches on the South Coast. There are arrange of popular attractions within reach including historic Plymouth with the Hoe and Barbican lively Torbay and the stunning landscape of Dartmoor.
