We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

About the property BEAUTIFULLY PRESENTED COTTAGE WITH WONDERFUL VIEWS ACROSS THE RIVER OF DARTMOUTH This charming character cottage is set in the quaint village of Kingswear with unrivalled views across the river towards Dartmouth from the terraced area. There are many original features such as exposed beams and stone walls. The beautiful village of Kingswear has a local shop and 2 pubs. Local restaurants nearby serving wonderful meals some operating a take away service. Alternatively take a 3 minute ferry ride across to Dartmouth with wonderful shops galleries and places to eat. There are great day trips from the doorstep and glorious cliff-top walks along the South West Coastal Path. The rugged Dartmoor National Park for the more energetic is not far away. Within a short walk you will find the steam railway station and yacht club. Returning in the evening why not enjoy a glass of wine on the terrace whilst watching the sun set over Dartmouth.
