We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

The property has been furnished and equipped in a contemporary style and to a very high standard. While Appledore offers shops galleries a Maritime Museum and several family pubs serving good food the whole of North Devon is also yours to explore; there are attractions to suit all tastes and these include RHS Rosemoor Gardens The Big Sheep The Milky Way The Oldenburg for pleasure trips to Lundy Island and more. The 2 miles of golden sandy beach at Westward Ho! is a 5 minute drive as are leisure facilities such as tennis riding swimming pool and the Royal North Devon Golf Course which is the oldest links course in England. The market town of Bideford is close by and offers a pannier market and high street shops. In the evenings relax on patio or enjoy a glass of wine and views from the living area. The stylish accommodation is accessed via the second floor and offers THREE bedrooms: 1 master king-size with en-suite bathroom with shower over and WC on the ground floor. A door leads out from the bedroom into the enclosed garden. 1 further double and 1 bunk bedroom on the (entrance level) second floor. Bathroom: also on this floor with shower over bath and WC. Lounge/kitchen/diner: on the (middle) first floor with TV/DVD and Juliet balcony with pretty views over the village. Kitchen area: well-equipped with electric oven and hob dishwasher fridge/freezer microwave. Utility area accessed through the ground floor bedroom: with washing machine located next to the ground-floor en-suite bathroom. Outside: small enclosed patio garden with garden furniture. Amenities: 1 allocated parking space adjacent to the property and additional off-road parking. Bed linen towels electric central heating and wi-fi included.
