We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

BEACH This light and spacious semi-detached property offers its guests an ideal retreat for a relaxing holiday in this beautiful part of North Devon. Being reverse level the first floor living area benefits from Velux windows giving views over the burrows and out to sea with views of Lundy Island. The beach at Westward Ho! is only 1.5 miles and is a level walk and is ideal for sunbathing and surfing and surfboard hire is available locally. Westward Ho! offers shops pubs and restaurants as well as tennis courts and horse riding. The nearby town of Bideford has a wider range of shops pubs and restaurants and an historic quayside with boat trips to Lundy Island. North Devon offers something for all members of the family including the fishing villages of Clovelly and Appledore Tapeley Park and Gardens RHS Rosemoor Gardens Dartington Crystal The Big Sheep and The Milky Way to name just a few. In the evenings there are lots of pubs and restaurants locally or relax in the garden with a BBQ after a long day at the beach.
