We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

SLEEPS 6 1 This delightful cottage is situated in a quiet residential area on the outskirts of the Little White Town of Bideford. Nestling between a variety of different styled properties the cottage offers an excellent base from which to explore the whole of Devon. Lots to see and do close by with the sandy beach of Westward Ho! being a short drive away the sand and surf is great for the surfing enthusiast or for those who just wish to relax. Another interesting places to visit is the port town of Bideford with its selection of shops pubs and restaurants as well as a pretty public park The Burton Art Gallery and the bustling quayside. Clovelly the quaint cliffside fishing village with steep cobbled streets that lead down to the harbour is a short drive. Appledore and Instow which sit either side of the Taw/Torridge estuary have a charm of their own and are well worth a look. Also an ideal location for golf enthusiasts as there are 10 golf courses within 30 miles of the property! This character cottage offers THREE bedrooms: ground floor twin reached by 2 steps. First floor second twin accessed via a cottage style staircase and up 2 further steps is a large double room with additional single bed. Bathroom: on the first floor with freestanding roll-top bath with hand-held shower and WC. Ground floor shower room with WC accessed by 2 steps.
