We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

About the property STONE S THROW FROM THE RIVER TORRIDGE The former stables are situated in one of Bideford s most desirable areas and is a stone s throw from the River Torridge with its walks to either the fishing village of Appledore or market town of Bideford. Alternatively you can visit one of the many local attractions which include Tapeley Park The Big Sheep The Milky Way Clovelly with its cobbled street and more. In the evenings stroll to the nearby hotel with bar and restaurant or around the riverbank gardens of the main house. Leisure facilities: enjoy some undisturbed fishing from the decking in the bottom garden. Play facilities: enjoy a family game in the large play area.
