We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

About the property RENOVATED TO A HIGH STANDARD WITH SPECTACULAR SEA VIEWS This cottage is situated in the well known fishing village of Appledore and offers the most spectacular sea views over the estuary and beyond. The cottage offers comfortable accommodation and is an ideal holiday retreat being within easy walking distance from the bustling quayside. With an array of restaurants pubs shops and galleries there s something for everyone. The coastline with its 2 miles of golden sand is perfect for surfers and sunbathers alike. A wide choice of attractions including The Big Sheep The Milky Way Clovelly RHS Rosemoor Gardens and day trips to Lundy Island are all within easy reach and after a busy day exploring you can relax on the beautiful patio and watch the boats sail by. The accommodation is over three floors and offers THREE bedrooms accessed via cottage style stairs: 1 double bedroom on the second floor offering incredible sea views 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom situated on the first floor. Bathroom: situated on the third floor with shower over bath and WC. A further shower room with WC and underfloor heating is situated on the ground floor. Lounge: downstairs with flatscreen TV Blu-ray and Freeview HD. Kitchen/diner: with electric oven and hob dishwasher washing machine fridge/freezer microwave wall mounted flatscreen TV further seating and bi-folding doors leading to the patio. Outside: enclosed patio area with table seating and sea views. Amenities: parking available in the public car park or roadside parking a 2 minute walk.
