We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

About the property SEMI-DETACHED BUNGALOW WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE OF HARTLAND VILLAGE This bungalow is conveniently situated in the village of Hartland and the rugged Heritage Coastline. An ideal base from where you can explore all that North Devon and Cornwall have to offer. Walk along the magnificent coastal footpaths take a boat trip out to Lundy Island or closer to home why not stroll through the village which has remained virtually unchanged for years and even enjoy a drink and bite to eat in one of the villages several pubs. Explore Hartland s 12th century Abbey and glorious gardens or visit the Quay Museum or Lighthouse. For families there are a huge variety of sandy beaches ideal for surfing or body boarding and of course there are numerous theme parks such as The Big Sheep and The Milky Way. All-in-all an ideally placed holiday location for couples or small families. Games room: the garage has a pool table/football table dart board and a selection of small toys.
