We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

About the property BRAND NEW HOUSE WITH LOVELY RIVER AND ESTUARY VIEWS This spacious semi-detached house nestles in the heart of the village of Appledore and has lovely views over the village and river. A short stroll to pubs shops restaurants and galleries Tideways is a perfect choice for exploring the area. The bustling quayside offers a glimpse of the nautical past of the village as does a trip to the Maritime Museum a fishing trip or a seasonal boat ride over the river to Instow with its sand dune beach and pubs. The 2 miles of golden sandy beach at Westward Ho! is about a mile away and from there you can enjoy some lovely clifftop walks. Venture further afield and visit a range of attractions include Exmoor The Big Sheep National Trust Arlington Court The Milky Way and Clovelly with its pretty cobbled streets. In the evenings immerse yourself into village life with a choice of good family pubs most serving quality food or just stroll along the pretty village quay. The accommodation is arranged over THREE floors and offers THREE bedrooms: situated on the first floor 1 double with en-suite shower WC and lovely views 1 double and 1 twin. Bathroom: family size with shower over and WC. Additional WC on ground floor. Lounge: situated on the ground floor with TV Freeview DVD/Blueray and patio doors leading to balcony with seating and lovely views over the estuary. Kitchen/diner: located on the lower ground floor is spacious and well equipped with cooker fridge dishwasher microwave TV hi-fi and utility area with washer/dryer and freezer and has patio doors leading to an enclosed patio area with ample seating perfect for Al fresco dining.
