We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

About the property SITUATED IN AN IDYLLIC RURAL LOCATION WITH A PRIVATE HOT TUB AND A SELECTION OF AMENITIES CLOSE BY This delightful wing of the main farmhouse has been refurbished to a high standard and provides a great base for couples and families looking to explore some of the best that the North Devon coast has to offer. For families there is a huge variety of sandy beaches within easy reach and ideal for surfing or body boarding. There are also numerous theme parks such as The Big Sheep and The Milky Way close by and Hartland Quay with its museum and history of wreckers and shipwrecks remains of which can still be found around the rocky beaches of Hartland Point. Explore Hartland s 12th Century abbey and glorious gardens or visit the Quay Museum. Slightly further afield places of interest nearby include Clovelly with its cobbled streets Lundy Island which can easily be reached by boat and Sandymouth over the border in Cornwall with 2 miles of sandy beach and rolling Atlantic waves. Games barn: with pool table darts board and small football goals for the garden. Private hot tub also available. The accommodation offers THREE bedrooms all with flatscreen TV: 1 master double with en-suite shower-room with WC and 2 twin rooms all approached by split level cottage style stairs. Bathroom: with shower over bath and WC.
