We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

The property is within walking distance of the popular village of Northam with its full range of amenities and the little town of Bideford with its pannier market and ferry to Lundy Island is nearby. A 5 minute drive will bring you to the village of Westward Ho! with its surf-washed sandy beach Royal North Devon Golf Club riding stables and restaurants. The charming fishing village of Appledore is also just a few minutes drive with its narrow cobbled streets seafood restaurants and bustling quayside. Wherever guests explore this cottage will make a comfortable base for happy holidays in this unspoilt and peaceful location. The accommodation is approached via external steps and offers THREE bedrooms: 1 double on the first floor with en-suite bath separate shower and WC. 1 double and 1 further small double on the ground floor. Additional pull-out bed for a child if required. Bathroom: on the ground floor with shower over bath and WC. Stairs lead to the first floor (the stair banisters are open and stairgates are provided at the top and bottom for safety with children) where there is a Lounge: large offering TV DVD hi-fi and woodburner electric effect fire. French doors lead to a balcony with sea views the perfect spot to sit and relax. Kitchen/diner: with cooker microwave dishwasher fridge freezer and TV. Utility room: with washing machine tumble dryer and a door which is accessed via several steps to a narrow paved area ideal for storing wetsuits and surfboards. Outside: regret no garden.
