We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

There is much to see and do in the area Tarr Steps is a pleasant 3 mile walk and there is also horse riding and fishing nearby. Dulverton is well worth a visit and has many good places to eat. The coast of North Devon is only a short drive away with the seaside towns of Lynton Lynmouth Porlock and others. There are excellent coastal walks especially through the Valley of the Rocks and from Heddons Mouth to Woody Bay. Amenities: bed linen towels and electric included. The properties are supplied with water from a spring. Regret no smoking. 2 dogs welcome. Location: beach 20 miles shop and pub 3 miles. Arrival: 3pm. The semi-detached barn is a tastefully converted granary and arranged over 3 levels with the main access being over a wooden bridge leading onto the first floor and offers THREE bedrooms: on the ground floor 1 king-size and 1 twin. On the second floor 1 king-size with countryside views en-suite bathroom with hand-held shower over bath and WC. Shower room: on the ground floor with underfloor heating large shower WC and washing machine. Lounge/kitchen/diner: on the first floor open-plan with countryside views over the Barle Valley and exposed beams lounge area with woodburner (logs for the first night included more can be purchased from the owner) TV with freeview DVD and Panasonic hi-fi with radio CD and docking station. Outside: enclosed garden (fenced but not secure for all dogs) with seating and BBQ there is also access to the communal gardens a few yards away which is secure for dogs.
