We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

The popular beach at Instow on the River Torridge is on your doorstep as is a selection of pubs and restaurants. The Tarka Trail can be accessed in less than 1 minute and is perfect for walkers with some lovely riverside views along the former railway line. Venture further afield and explore the many attractions North Devon has to offer including a range of surfing beaches Tapeley Park The Big Sheep National Trust Arlington Court The Oldenburg for day trips to Lundy Island and much more. In the evenings relax in the pleasant patio or enjoy village hospitality in the local pub.
