We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

Within a short drive of Croyde Saunton and Woolacombe there is much to see and do in the immediate area. The coastal villages and towns of Ifracombe Lynton and Lynmouth are also well worth a visit with their harbours to explore and fishing trips to enjoy. The regional town of Barnstaple is also close by and has a range of leisure facilities including swimming pool tennis theatre and cinema. Other attractions in the area include the National Trust s Arlington Court Broomhill Arts and Sculpture Gardens Marwood Hill Gardens Combe Martin Wildlife and Dinosaur Park Watermouth Castle and Exmoor famed for its beauty and wildlife.
