We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

About the property 1 OF 3 PROPERTIES IN DELIGHTFUL VALLEY SETTING IN 70 ACRES This semi-detached farmhouse is situated within a small farm setting believed to date back over 700 years. Within the Chambercombe Valley you will be a short stroll to the historic Chambercombe Manor and tea rooms. The town of Ilfracombe is a 20 minutes stroll away (please note the return journey is quite steep) and offers a choice of shops restaurants and pubs with a beach theatre aquarium and harbour for fishing trips and day trips to Lundy Island aboard the Oldenburg. There is much to see and do in North Devon with attractions including Watermouth Castle Valley of The Rocks Lynton Cliff Railway Arlington Court and a choice of long sandy surfing beaches.
