We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

About the property CONTEMPORARY STYLED BARN SET IN 9 ACRES WITH GAMES ROOM This impressive detached barn is set within 9 acres of grounds in which the owners home is also situated offers a get away from it all in peace and tranquillity. Nestled in a perfect location for touring the area with an array of attractions all within easy reach including The Great Western Canal Bickleigh Castle Crealy Adventure Park Quince Honey Farm (includes children s soft play area) Rock & Rapid Adventure and The BIG Sheep. Enjoy traffic free cycling on the Tarka Trail fishing in the Rivers Taw and Exe and the magnificent views of Exmoor and Dartmoor either on foot or on horseback. Games barn: with pool table children s play corner tabletop football and dart board (small extra charge for pool and football table). Further leisure facilities can be found locally at Highbullen Golf & Country Club or South Molton swimming pool. Dogs can be walked freely in the lower field (though please watch out for the friendly free range chickens and peahen) or alternatively there are nearby footpaths to be explored. The accommodation offers: THREE bedrooms: on the first floor 1 king-size double with en-suite shower and WC. On the ground floor 1 double with en-suite shower room and WC and 1 twin. Bathroom: downstairs with shower over bath and WC. Lounge: on the first floor mezzanine area with TV/DVD and far reaching views. Secondary seating area/comfy reading area. Kitchen/diner: with island unit double oven hob dishwasher fridge freezer washing machine and microwave. Outside: enclosed courtyard patio with garden furniture and BBQ. Amenities: ample parking. Bed linen towels electric central heating and Wi-Fi included. 1 dog welcome. Must be kept on a lead due to various animals on site however field close by where dogs can run freely .
