We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

About the property LOVELY BARN CONVERSION IN PEACEFUL SETTING WITH A MILE OF RIVER FISHING Situated within its own private grounds adjoining the owners working dairy farm this detached barn conversion has been furnished and equipped to a high standard. The property is perfectly positioned for touring the whole of Cornwall with its long sandy surfing beaches to the north and south as well as attractions to suit all tastes which include The Eden Project historic Plymouth with its Hoe Barbican National Marine Aquarium numerous National Trust properties and gardens Jamaica Inn and much more.
