We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

About the property SPACIOUS WELL RENOVATED HOUSE WITH LOVELY VIEWS OVER COUNTRYSIDE TO OCEAN Set along the coastal road between Watergate Bay and Mawgan Porth this semi-detached house stand on the crest of a hill looking towards the coast path and the sea. Built in the 1930 s but now re-designed and renovated to a superb standard for modern living providing spacious well planned accommodation for year round comfort. Approximately 1 mile equi-distant from two of Cornwall s most spectacular beaches a world of golden sand rolling surf and scenic cliff walks awaits those who long for freedom and the great outdoors.
