We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

This picturesque end of terrace brick and flint cottage is in the small village of Northrepps just a couple of miles from the seaside town of Cromer. Just over a 1 mile walk along quiet lanes takes you to the beach at Overstrand with a store pub cafe and a hotel which serves afternoon tea. A short car drive or try the cliff-top walk along the coast to Cromer for end of pier entertainment esplanade gardens golf or take home a freshly caught crab for supper.
