If you are thinking of taking a puppy this MUST be declared to holidaycottages.co.uk at the time of booking and will need to be specifically authorised by the owner.

Sometimes it will state 'by arrangement', if so, the breed or size of dog will need to be checked with the owner of the property.

We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

Go fishing in the Dinas Reservoir or take to the sea along Cardigan Bay with boat trips for fishing and wildlife watching or aboard the steam train on the Vale of Rheidol Railway. Taste the delights in a plethora of pubs restaurants and cafes or visit the collection of shops and attractions in and around the area from the Silver Mine to historic castles. The perfectly positioned hall welcomes you in to the spacious lounge with sofas open fire TV and the most compelling of views from the glass fronted room. A perfect spot for morning yoga or a game of foosball in the evening. On a sunny day the sun floods in to the well-equipped kitchen where you can prepare a delicious meal sit around the dining table and plan the following day together. The spacious utility room has a washing machine a separate WC and lots of space for your boots coats wet suits and active gear. As the day draws to a close after enjoying the sunset retire to the restful bedrooms with freshly laundered linen and towels. All the bedrooms are on the first floor one king-size one double and one single (with an additional pull-out single bed). This peaceful location encourages a good night s sleep and refreshes you for the day ahead. The gorgeous garden with lawn well stocked borders and wildlife pond has table and chairs and a portable BBQ for alfresco dining near the house with further vista seating dotted about to embrace the view or get engrossed in a good book. There is plenty of space to store your bicycle and canoe and has ample parking to the side of the property.
