We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

About the property DETACHED COTTAGE WITH UNINTERRUPTED COUNTRYSIDE AND MOUNTAIN VIEWS This charming period property is located in a peaceful tranquil setting in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in the Strathcarron valley offering cosy country living with 21st century comfort. Located on a working croft only 2 miles from the pretty village of Ardgay and just 3 miles from the picturesque Bonar Bridge with the highlands capital of Inverness within an hour s drive with its excellent shopping and leisure facilities. There are numerous attractions and heritage sites close by including Dunrobin castle Dornoch Cathedral Glenmorangie Distillery and Castle of May or take a trip to John O Groats where a ferry can be taken to the stunning Orkney Isles. Activities around Ardgay include salmon and trout fishing mountain biking to walking hiking and horse riding. There is a picturesque golf course at Bonar Bridge as well the internationally renowned championship course at Dornoch close at hand. The accommodation offers THREE bedrooms: 1 king-size 1 double and 1 twin. Bathroom: with bath separate shower and WC. Lounge: with woodburner (logs included) and TV/DVD. Dining room: with French doors leading out to garden. Kitchen: with electric oven and hob dishwasher fridge/freezer and microwave. Utility room: with washing machine tumble dryer and sink. Outside: large enclosed front and rear gardens with decking and seating area. Amenities: ample off-road parking. Bed linen towels electric central heating and Wi-Fi included.
