We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

For the younger members of the family just a short walk away is an animal Farm Park with a lovely sandy beach nearby. Robert Burns birthplace and Burns Heritage Park Culzean Castle and Country Park are also popular local attractions. The accommodation offers THREE bedrooms: 1 double with en-suite shower-room 1 further double and 1 twin bedroom. Bathroom: with spa bath. Lounge: with Smart TV and SKY.
