We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

About the property TUCKED AWAY POSITION WITHIN ONE OF WILTSHIRE S MOST DESIRABLE VILLAGES This 16th century house offers characterful accommodation and is located just a short walk from the village centre with its shops cafes and pubs. Batheaston nestles at the end of the Cotswold Way and offers a wealth of picturesque walks. Batheaston is just a 10 minute drive to the historic city of Bath with its famous Bath spas theatres race course and rugby ground and makes a wonderful base from which to explore Somerset and the Cotswolds. Enjoy beautiful walks or bike rides into the city along the canal path or take the boat from Bathampton Mill allowing you to see Bath from a different perspective. With a regular bus service from the village and the train station just 2 miles why not catch a train to the thriving city of Bristol just 30 minutes away. There is a host of popular attractions to explore Longleat Lacock Stonehenge Stourhead Glastonbury and Cheddar Gorge to name but a few. This four-storey accommodation offers THREE bedrooms: approached via steep cottage-style stairs on the second floor 1 king-size with en-suite shower and WC with sloping ceiling and 1 double. On the first floor 1 twin zip-and-link (which can be made into a super-king-size on request). Shower room: with shower and WC on the first floor. Lounge/diner: with woodburner (first basket of logs included) TV DVD music system and garden views. Kitchen area: with electric oven and hob microwave dishwasher fridge/freezer and washing machine. Snug area: with seating located above the kitchen approached via stairs. Outside: enclosed garden with patio grassed area and shed for storing bikes. Amenities: off-road parking for 1 car further roadside parking. Bed linen towels electric central heating and Wi-Fi included. Regret no smoking. 1 dog by arrangement.
