If you are thinking of taking a puppy this MUST be declared to holidaycottages.co.uk at the time of booking and will need to be specifically authorised by the owner.

Sometimes it will state 'by arrangement', if so, the breed or size of dog will need to be checked with the owner of the property.

We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

About the property CLOSE TO QUAYSIDE STYLISH COTTAGE WITH SEA VIEWS FROM 1ST FLOOR. Nestling in one of Appledore s quaint streets and close to the bustling quayside where you can look across the water towards the seaside village of Instow. Enjoy days exploring the hidden cobbled streets around the village or visit one of the areas popular attractions including The Big Sheep The Milky Way Clovelly Dartington Crystal RHS Rosemoor and Tapeley Park to name just a few. Take a short drive over to the sand dunes of Instow or enjoy the 2 miles of golden sand at the beach of Westward Ho! which is just a short 5 minute drive. In the evenings stroll along the quayside or eat out at one of the many family pubs cafes and restaurants or pick up locally caught fish and chips. The accommodation offers THREE bedrooms all accessed via an open tread staircase: 1 king-size with sea views 1 double and 1 bunk. Bathroom: with shower over bath and WC. Lounge: with tiled floor exposed stonework woodburner (first basket of logs included) and TV/DVD. Step up to kitchen/diner: with dishwasher fridge/freezer electric oven and hob washing machine and tumble dryer. Outside: enclosed rear courtyard with steps up to raised area with garden furniture and BBQ. Amenities: roadside parking nearby. Bed linen towels electric central heating and Wi-Fi included. Regret no smoking. 1 dog welcome. Location: beach 3 miles.Shops pubs cafes and quayside all within walking distance.
