Sometimes it will state 'by arrangement', if so, the breed or size of dog will need to be checked with the owner of the property.

We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

About the property CHARACTER COTTAGE IN THE HEART OF APPLEDORE WITH ESTUARY VIEWS This deceptively spacious former fisherman s cottage occupies an elevated position in this popular fishing village. Lovingly refurbished and decorated and boasting a number of antique pieces of furniture and original artwork it provides a truly unique holiday experience. Conveniently located you will be within walking distance of a wealth of popular village pubs shops the maritime museum and pretty quayside. Venture further afield and explore the whole of North Devon including the expansive golden sandy beaches at Westward Ho! Croyde and Woolacombe. Outdoor enthusiasts can also enjoy exploring pretty Clovelly the coastal footpath Tarka Trail or even a game of golf on the nearby course. The area also offers a number of attractions to suit all tastes such as Tapeley Park The Big Sheep The Milky Way Bideford with its pannier and open air markets RHS Rosemoor and numerous National Trust properties and gardens. The accommodation is arranged over three floors and offers THREE bedrooms: 1 double with TV and en-suite shower room with WC 1 double with TV and estuary views both located on the first floor. 1 twin with feature ships hatch snug lounge area and TV/DVD located on the second floor and approached via steep stairs. Bathroom: with shower over bath and WC located on the ground floor. Additional WC: located outside. Lounge: with TV and Blu-ray DVD. Snug/lounge: with TV/DVD and coal-effect gas fire. Dining room: with original period fire place (non-working). Kitchen: with electric cooker and gas hob fridge dishwasher and microwave. Utility room: with washing machine tumble dryer and freezer located outside in external shed. Outside: enclosed south-facing paved courtyard garden with garden furniture and BBQ. Amenities: public parking close by or free roadside parking when available. Bed linen electric central heating and Wi-Fi included towels for hire. 2 well-behaved dogs welcome. Regret no smoking inside the property. Location: beach 1 mile and selection of pubs shops and restaurants all within walking distance. Arrival: 4pm.
