We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

With two miles of sandy beach being right on your doorstep there is much to keep everyone entertained. In addition The Royal North Devon Golf Club access to National Trust cliff-top walks the Northam Burrows AONB and selection of pubs shops and restaurants are all within a short stroll. The market town of Bideford is 2 miles away and offers shops and a pannier market and is home to The Oldenburg for day trips to Lundy Island. Other attractions and places of interest easily accessible from here include The Tarka Trail The Milky Way and the Big Sheep adventure parks RHS Rosemoor Gardens and Tapeley Park.
