We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

About the property LOVELY VIEWS OVER RIVER TORRIDGE AND STROLL TO VILLAGE This three-storey mid terraced house with river and village views is perfect for exploring this traditional North Devon fishing village with its nautical past dating back for centuries. Within a 5 minute walk are shops galleries family pubs restaurants and the Maritime Museum. An ideal base for exploring the whole of North Devon there are attractions to suit all tastes and these include RHS Rosemoor Gardens The Big Sheep The Milky Way The Oldenburg for pleasure trips to Lundy Island and more. The 2 miles of golden sandy beach at Westward Ho! is a 5 minute drive as are leisure facilities such as tennis horse riding swimming pool and Royal North Devon Golf Course which is the oldest links course in England. In the evenings relax in the garden or enjoy a glass of wine and the views on the balcony. The accommodation offers THREE bedrooms: all with TVs. On the first floor: 1 king-size and 1 twin. On the lower ground floor: 1 king-size with en-suite shower and WC. Bathroom: with shower over bath and WC on the first floor. Separate WC on the ground floor. Lounge/diner: with TV/DVD and French doors leading to small balcony overlooking the River Torridge on the ground floor. Kitchen: well-equipped with double oven and gas hob microwave fridge and dishwasher on the ground floor. Utility room: with washing machine freezer and has doors to the garden on the lower ground floor. Outside: enclosed area with seating. Amenities: allocated parking for 1 car with additional roadside parking. Bed linen towels electric central heating and Wi-Fi included. Regret no smoking. 1 dog welcome. Location: beach 1 mile pubs and shops within walking distance. Arrival time: 4pm
