We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

About the property SPACIOUS BARN CONVERSION CLOSE TO THE NORTH DEVON COAST Located in a stunning rural location this holiday home was originally part of the granary and grain store for the nearby farm and is one of ten properties set back from the National Trust coastline in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The South West Coast path is joined from the National Trust car park immediately next to the barns and offers wonderful walking opportunities. To the west the coast path heads through National Trust land to magnificent Hartland Point with its dramatic cliffs it s pretty white washed lighthouse deep down on the rocks below and sensational views of Lundy Island. Further on the coast path reaches dramatic Hartland Quay and the beautiful Spekes Mill Waterfall. The traditional village of Hartland offers a choice of pubs and family eating venues whilst the market town of Bideford is a 20 minute drive. The accommodation offers THREE bedrooms: 1 twin. On the ground floor 1 double with en-suite shower and WC and 1 single. Separate WC on the first floor. Bathroom: with shower over the bath and WC on the ground floor. Lounge/kitchen/diner: open-plan with woodburner and TV/DVD. Kitchen area with electric oven and hob microwave dishwasher fridge/freezer and washing machine. Outside: enclosed garden with views of the surrounding countryside. Amenities: ample off-road parking. Bed linen towels electric central heating and Wi-Fi included. Regret no smoking. 2 medium size dogs welcome. Location: beach 3 miles pub and shop 2 miles. Arrival time: 3.30pm.
