We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

About the property A DELIGHTFUL COTTAGE SITUATED AT THE GATEWAY OF THE COTSWOLDS SLEEPS 4 2 Enjoying a great location tucked away within Broadway s upper High street this charming period cottage has been tastefully renovated and features beamed ceilings large inglenook and mullioned windows all adding to the charm of a stay in the Cotswolds. Its central location makes it an ideal base for visiting the numerous villages. The Cotswold Way passes through for keen walkers along with some great cycling. For enthusiastic gardeners there is Batsford Arboretum and garden centre. A visit to Daylesford farm shop and restaurant is within easy access. Further afield are Stratford upon Avon with its Shakespeare Theatre and horse racing Warwick with the finest medieval castle in England Regency Cheltenham famous for the Gold Cup festival and many other festivals throughout the year including Food Literature and Jazz. The accommodation offers THREE bedrooms: 2 doubles with TVs. On the ground floor: 1 kingsize zip & link with TV and patio doors leading to enclosed courtyard this room is accessed by 4 steps. Bathroom: with shower over bath and WC. Separate WC on the ground floor. Lounge/diner: with TV DVD. Kitchen: well-equipped with electric oven and hob fridge/freezer washing machine and microwave. Outside: traditional walled courtyard garden with seating. Amenities: parking available for 1 car located in nearby carpark. Bed linen towels electric central heating and Wi-Fi included. Regret no smoking. 1 dog welcome. Location: shops cafes pubs and restaurants within walking distance. Arrival: 3pm.
