We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

The North coast of Cornwall offers a wealth of breath-taking cliff walks which will lead you to the highly sought after areas of Boscastle with its historic harbour and slightly further afield Tintagel bursting with the myth and legend of King Arthur and his knights of the round table. For those who wish to explore further afield the A39 is a short distance away and means you have the choice of the Devon or the Cornish coastlines. Visit Padstow Rock Port Isaac and Newquay on the Cornish side or Clovelly Bideford Croyde and Woolacombe on the Devon side. Kitchen/diner: with integrated oven hob microwave fridge/freezer dishwasher and patio doors with steps leading down to the garden. Utility room: with washing machine and tumble dryer.
