Sometimes it will state 'by arrangement', if so, the breed or size of dog will need to be checked with the owner of the property.

We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

About the property BEAUTIFUL DETACHED COTTAGE WITH MAGNIFICENT MOUNTAIN RIVER AND COUNTYSIDE VIEWS This wonderful spacious period property has been refurbished to a very high standard and was renovated in 2015 nestled at the foot of Glenbranter within Loch Lomond and the Trossachs national park. Situated just 3 miles from the picturesque village of Strachur on the shores of Loch Fyne in an area of outstanding beauty comprised by beautiful mountains glens and lochs making this a paradise for munro baggers water sport enthusiasts walkers and mountain bikers or just to relax and enjoy the spectacular scenery with an abundance of wildlife including golden eagles red and roe deer and buzzards. The beautiful towns of Dunoon and Inveraray are close by with their excellent shopping leisure facilities castles and heritage sites or take a short ferry trip to the wonderful Isle of Bute. The accommodation offers THREE bedrooms: 1 king-size with en-suite shower room and WC with patio doors leading out to the balcony. 1 double and 1 twin bedroom on open plan first floor. Bathroom: with shower over bath and WC. Lounge/kitchen/diner: spacious open-plan room with woodburner TV and DVD. Kitchen area with electric oven and hob microwave fridge/freezer dishwasher washing machine and tumble dryer. Dining area: with patio doors leading out to the balcony. Outside: garden with seating area balcony and river (small children should be supervised). Amenities: ample off-road parking. Bed linen towels electric central heating and Wi-Fi included. Regret no smoking. 2 dogs welcome. Location: pubs restaurant and shop 3 miles. Arrival: 4pm.
